I rode him for the first time last week, and then again this week. He's so much fun. And... I'M THE FIRST PERSON TO GET HIM TO CANTER WITH A RIDER IN THIS ARENA!!! WOOO!I brought my video camera today, so if I did end up riding him again, I'd get the canter on video. And we got it without a minor bucking tantrum like last time. However, that might have been because he was going all cutting horse, gallop gallop gallop, "I AM SPIRIT - WILD STALLION OF THE CIMMARON!" on us today while he was being lunged. Four year olds, what can ya do. lolAlso, please please please IGNORE MY HEELS. I got a new pair of tall boots on... ummm... Wednesday, and wore them around the house (almost killed myself doing that) to break them in some for Friday. They're not broken in all the way, so it was very hard to put my heels down. And, either way, I wasn't riding to look nice with Connor, I was ridng to be effective since he's younger and hasn't had many miles put on him.
