| ~ Please Be Mine ~ Epilogue: Happy Endings [Part 3]Thu, 08 Jan 2009 14:14:00 -0800 by Alexagjbfan1214This is the LAST episode thing EVER for Please Be Mine. :( (About 20 years later, Nick and Alexa were sitting at the kitchen table one morning in late May, sipping from cups of coffee and staring into each other's eyes. All of a sudden, their 3 children came running in the room. Matthew Adam was the oldest at age 14, Natalie Elizabeth was the second oldest at 10 and little Jonathon Jerry, also known as Triple J, was at age 7. Natalie carried an old scrapbook in her hand and placed it on the table.)Nick: What do you have there, sweetie?Natalie: We found this old scrapbook thing in the storage room.Alexa: (Sighs) What have we told you about going in the storage room without our permission?Jon: Mommy, we were curious.Alexa: (Laughs) I know. (Sees scrapbook and a rush of old memories flood inside head) Nicholas..Nick: Yes dear? (Sees scrapbook) Oh. (Smiles intently at her) I see they've found our scrapbook.Matthew: Mom, you and Dad never really told us about your relationship. At least not in great detail.Natalie: Yeah, I wanna know what happened! How did you guys meet and everything? (Nick and Alexa turn towards each other and smile, sharing secrets with each other. They turn the first page of the scrapbook and look at the photo. It was the picture the guy had taken of them at the park a long time ago, not too long after they got married. Some other things that were scattered throughout the scrapbook were the pictures and articles from the press magazines, the poems and songs that Alexa had written for Nick, and even Nick's plane ticket from when he went to find Alexa after their fight back on tour. They started to tell their kids the story of how they met, all of the hardships they endured, their romantic dates, their breakup and makeup, the goofy times that had them laughing at the memory, and everything in-between. Little Jonathon didn't really understand what they were saying and Natalie had a faint idea, but Matthew understood fully since he was the oldest. Nick and Alexa told them everything...after all those years, they were finally together and they didn't regret one moment of it. What can you say? When you're in love, you can't pull away from it, no matter how hard you try. Your heart keeps chasing after its desires and if it's meant to be, it'll be. And Nick and Alexa knew that perfectly well by now. Graduated from Luling High School in 1969 and Prairie View A&M in 1973, where he attended on a 4-year scholarship as a Naval Science Student, majoring in Geography. After graduation, he was commissioned and assigned in the US Navy with 8 years of active duty. He returned to Prairie View in 1982 to become an Assistant Professor for Naval Sciences and as a Navigation and Ship-Handling instructor. During that time, he accepted a commission to the Naval Reserve and was promoted to the rank of Captain in 1995. Also at Prairie View, he served as an Associate Counselor of Admissions, Director of the Memorial Student Center, Assistant Director for University Centers, Director for Auxillery Services, Director of Student Initiatives and Development, and currently serves as the Governmental Relations Officer. He also serves on the city council for the city of Prairie View, as well as County Commissioner for Precinct 3 in Waller County. He was elected Mayor of Prairie View three times, has been President and Chief of the Prairie View Volunteer Fire Department. He is also married and the father of four children. Except for the jerk who keeps claming my video. The songs yours! ok! Not mine! Yours! Okayz here it is First episode of I'm Yours a Jemi story -------------------- -------------------- --------- (Demi's POV) I sat on the warm white sand as I gazed onto the sea watching the ember sun slowley fall. The surf today was just brilliant. And Selena got to take the bus here so she spent almost all day with me . She had just left. A day with Selena is a day hearing all about the jonas brothers. More specificly Nick but still all of them. I looked out to see a sharks dorsil fin way out to the northeast of the sea. Selena would freack out if she saw him. But I know that there is a net there somewhere and Al the neighborhood fisherman had just caught it. He likes to wait until the shark dies until he reels it in. Al is a plump tan man who sailed here from the bahamas and loved it so much here on Dovers Island. He opened a dock here and was the happiest man I've known. He shouted at me from where he was sitting on the dock "How was the surf?" he shouted. "Not bad at all" I shouted as he reeled in the shark for his family's dinner. So now you know how Al ended up on Dovers Island. How did I get here? That's another story. Dovers is exactly 419 miles east of the bahamas and 390 miles south of the burmuda triangle. My dad had a wealhty foster family and they bought the island. He grew up here learning how to surf and knowing everything about the island. I've yet to unravel all of my island's secrets. My mom came onto Dovers island because she was a Marine Bioligist. Dover's has one of the most vibrant and diverse coral reefs anywhere. I should know. It's my back yard. The minute my mom met my Dad. My mom says it was magical. Mom got pregnant with Dallas and later got married to my Dad. Then they had me. I can still faintly remember the times my Dad would hold me in his arm's and tell me the princess of the island was born. I would smile everytime I remembered that. Three months after my birth Dad had went out surfing and dissapered. a week later tourists found his drowned body on the shores of a resort in the bahamas. Dallas told me my Mom's sobs could be heard from the other side of the island. Al would tell his wife that the Queen was mourning. Also one thing. Al and his wife are Selena's parents. They live four miles away. When Al comes he stays in a shack made for him. Selena bick rides four miles just to see me. I keep telling her she doesn't have to. But she want's to. Until she has to leave three hours later for dinner. There is not a school here on the island for there are only two children here. We are each home schooled by our mothers. After Dad's death my mom quit her job as a Marine Bioligist and opened up a rehabilitation center. Or rehab. I fiqured this was a good place to have a rehab. No annoying paparazzi to bother you. And the beaches to any one else but me would be like heaven like my mom tells me. Ever so slightley the red sun had set. Now I was left in picth darkness besides the lantern I had with me. I started walking back towards my beach house. Tomarrow would be saturday and selena and mom would have thier day off. (A/N You can see a picture of the house in the video) I headed to the koi pond next to the house. Besides the annoying crickets all I could hear was the fish bobbing thier mouths knowing I would give them food. I grabbed the bag of pellets and started dumping it into the pond. The fish slowly swam away into the dark side of the pond. I saw the reflection of the full moon over the pond and I smiled to myself. Mom had always told me every full moon something exiting happens. I went inside into my room. I quickly changed into my PJ's and fell asleep The next morning I was awakened by a tud and a long deep sigh. Mom's home. I remember that when Dallas was still here she and mom would have lots of fights. Then Dallas got accepted to Harvard! I was so happy for her. But know it's kinda quiet.
