They go through with the wedding after the whole brooke/dean fiasco.Lana finds out she is pregnant before the wedding but has a dangerous medical condition which means that delivering could kill her. Sam knew about this before they got married and they agreed to not have children. So when Lana tells him shes pregnant hes angry and shocked and withdraws from her. Sam obviously doesnt want her to have the baby because of her condition. They argue alot but Sam finally accepts it when he sees his child on the scan for the first time.will Lana survive along with her baby? or will one of them die?Oh the part with Brooke, if you didnt see the first part that is a reference to the stuffed animal brooke gave sam when they were best friends- thats why Lana doesn't want it in the nursery.
